French option for payment page

Is there a way to offer a french payment page?  Here is our current page:  PAYMENT (bookmark.com)

But would like offer our customers in Quebec the option to view the page in French.

You can enable your store to display mutliple languages by going into Features > Ecommerce in the sidebar and then into Settings → General → Regional Settings and following the steps listed in the guide below;
