Thank you for reaching out. There are generally email notifications sent from the form submissions to the website email address. To check which one you have set or to change it go to Site-> Emails. From what I can see the notifications should be going to canyonswimming@gmail.com. Please chekc your junk and spam folders as well and if possible reach out to us on the live chat on this as well.
