Brand Link to Home Not Working

I have my brand set to link to my home page. It isn't doing that. It links to nothing.

When I try to turn the linking off, a reset sort of, I save then I refresh and the linking button is back to on automatically. So even trying to turn it off then back on doesn't work.

I was going to try using a rand but you can't in the menu area.

Any thoughts or ideas or solutions?

I have a CTA button sitting on my menu that doesn't fit and I'd like to get rid of it.

I'd like people to be able to go back to the home page by clicking on my logo. As they expect to be able to do as well
